Family Support Services

Members of the community have access to case management services to address emergency, basic, and long term needs. These services include assessment of the need, development of an action plan to meet that need, connection to both internal and external community programs, and ongoing support as the client works to resolve their crises and become self-sufficient. Emergency services are available through the on-site food pantry, daily hot meals, rent and utility assistance and holiday assistance with the long-term goal of connecting to case management and counseling to obtain self-sufficiency.
